Key Responsibilities:
? Welcoming and looking after visitors;
? Organizing, maintaining calendars and making appointments;
? Dealing with correspondence, writing letters, translations, taking dictation and minutes;
? Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
? Organizing and attending meetings, and ensuring the manager is well-prepared for meetings;
? Collecting and aggregating various data and documents from GM’s direct reports, including monthly departmental performance statistics;
? Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
? Publishing presentations and other documents on the company’s intranet;
? HR recruitment, HRIS maintenance, people training&development, exit, medical insurance, etc.
? Annual outing, team-building activities, driver/guards/cleaner management, etc.
Required Capabilities:
? University or college Degree in Business, Languages, Human resources, or related.
? 3 years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese & English;
? Good WORD processing and IT skills, including knowledge of a range of office software packages, higher skills for PowerPoint is must; and skill for Excel is essential;
? Good clerical and administrative skills;
? Excellent organizational and coordination skills, team work player;
? The ability to work on your own initiative and to tight deadlines;
? Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines;
? Good sense of confidentiality;
