职位描述：
Job Description:
Assist to do all production preparation;
Maintain the production planning in Planta system and evaluate data;
Assist to review and check the production planning based on the master project planning and production capacity, material availability and order priority;
Be responsible for ensuring correct result of Bipo, SAP, Bysoft production program;
Create laser program of project based on the detail production planning, laser cutting list and production drawing;
Check the laser program and ensure the reasonable material consumption, try to reduce the scrap of material;
Be responsible for process step material usage and time consuming, assist to optimize process steps according to cost and quality target;
Assist with production efficiency management;
Be responsible for information collection and data analysis, provide efficiency management report.
Handle with daily production affairs and issues;
Assist with daily delivery arrangement;
Assist to do monthly and yearly inventory counting;
Conduct qualified production related system training.

Qualification:
College Degree
Major: Mechanical or related major
- Good written and spoken English
- Familiar with technical specification of the products.
- About 3 years related experience in field of machine manufacturing, as well as experience and technical background for planning control, ERP system control, laser program control and experience of production efficiency management
- Hard working and quick learning ability
- Strong problem solving skill and strong management skill
- Strong ability to supervise and train employees
