The role involves managing a large or a set of mid-sized accounts (multinational and domestic) in an industry vertical, responsible for meeting the yearly revenue, margin & growth targets and reports into the Client Partner for the Industry vertical
? 6 to 8 years of working experience in a Sales / Account Management role for an IT Services Organization
? Industry exposure in following vertical
o Life Science
? Deals with mid/senior and CXOs of Multinational, JV and pure Chinese domestic companies
? Ability to handle the entire sales process from Customer engagement, RFP/Proposal submission, estimation & pricing negotiation, contracts management and operational parameters (margins, rate increase, receivables) management
? Preparing and setting the strategic direction for key accounts, CXO mindshare and brand building
? Demand creation in existing accounts, Go To Market strategy for existing and new accounts
? Digital awareness and experience in areas like Mobility, Big data and Analytics. Experience in horizontal service offerings like Application Development & Maintenance, Infrastructure related services, BPS services, Testing services and Enterprise application services like ERP, CRM etc
? Chinese national with good English communication capabilities. Good presentation and inter-personal skills working in a muti-cultural & global environment
