1/. Get a clear and updated understanding of the Offer's environment:
- Evaluate periodically the market & the competition landscape (strategy, mix, price...).
- Identify the trends impacting the market. - Feed the Strategic Marketing Plan (customer segments, channels, Business Model, Geographical deployment...) .
- Meet customer in theirs day to day live.
2/. Get a clear and updated understanding of our Offers' performance:
- Monitors related offer business (turnover, volume, profitability, market shares .......)
- Drive regular benchmarks to assess the customers perception.
- Review the offer quality level & contribute to the global quality improvement - Meet customers in theirs day to day live.
3/. Define and manage the marketing mix of the offer:
- Product (Offer):
> Define the road-map evolution according to the gaps on: Features, quality, compliance with standard, profitability....
> Specify the offer adaptation and relevant sales/com tools to optimize Business performance throughout Lifecycle
> Maximize and communicate sustainable value proposition versus alternatives for targeted customers
> Contribute to supplier identification and management
> Manage and up-date all data ( new ref, OPS....)
> Optimize the stock keeping Unit. - Price (Cost value):
> Define and release annually the Pricing guide.
> Monitors and review the starts references and delta prices. - Place (End Users & Channels):
> Co-work with all Channel Program Manager to maximize the Offer business. - Promotion (Communication):
> Define and up-date the killing phases.
> Co-work with the communication team to up-date tools.
> Co-work with the Marketing standardization.
4/. Support the Operational Marketing in the growth action deployment:
- Define and realize all material for sales and promotions (0-Base)
- Support the global commercial forecast (SIOP process)
- Gives support for key equipment and solutions tenders.
- Gives support to define relevant tactics to be implemented in countries to grow the Business
Qualifications
> MSc degree + experience in Product Marketing > Marketing skills:
- Strategic marketing & Segmentation
- Market survey & Customer interview - Offer Specification
- Value Proposition creation
- Portfolio management/optimization throughout Lifecycle
- Channel to market understanding
- Pricing principles & methodologies
> Fluent in English
> Project Management skills
> Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skills
> Ability to work effectively with individuals of different cultural background
> Creative, able to think out of the Box
