Job responsibilities:
1. Supports the import contract management
.coordination of all commercial matters relating to bank guarantees, letters of credit, credit insurance,ect
.coordination of all customer-related matters dependent on the contractually agreed delivery (incoterms 2010)
.tracking of payment
2. Coordination of distribution measures
3. Project support in all commercial matters
4. Maintenance and administration of commercial documents and correspondence
5. Support to sales forecast and production forecast
6. Support to the documentation, costing and settlement of the insurance claims.
7. Data analysis
8. SFDC tracking and analysis
Technical ability
1. be familiar with Word&Excel (better finance background)
2. English read and write
3. Know SFDC system
4. Know import & Export knowledge
岗位职责:
1、支持进口合同管理
协调与银行保函、信用证、信用保险等有关的商业事宜
。所有客户相关事务依赖于合同约定交付协调(国际贸易术语解释通则2010)
跟踪付款
2、协调分配措施
3、项目支持
4、维护和管理商业文件和信件
5、支持销售预测和生产预测
6、支持保险索赔的文件、费用及结算。
7、数据分析
8建立管理的跟踪与分析。
技术能力
1、熟悉Word和Excel(较好的财务背景优先)
2、英语读写
3。知道建立管理系统
4、熟悉进出口相关知识
