职位描述：
工作职责：
1. 负责企业客户的微信号运营，包括图文内容的撰写与排版、发布与管理、以及有效提高微信粉丝数和图文阅读率；
2. 追踪微信运营效果，分析数据与反馈；
3. 负责直播类产品的日常运营和维护，包括直播账号的开设、引导与监控，对日常运营数据进行跟踪和研究，定期分析运营效果，持续优化运营体系。

任职要求：
1. 专业方面：本科及以上学历，新闻传播、广告、市场营销、中文等相关专业；
2. 个人硬件方面：对文字驾驭能力强，能够根据主题迅速产出不同风格的文章；如果会使用ps工具，我们就更欢迎你的加入；
3. 个人软件方面：具备独立思考能力和优秀的沟通能力；具备一定的抗压能力；
