Research ？
1.Collect brief from client independently ？
2.Write professional and winning research proposals ？
3.Moderate focus group for senior clients to watch ？
4.Write professional and value-added summary and recommendations ？
5.Deliver presentation of findings to clients ？
6.Provide guidance and instruction to Project Manager and Research Executive ？
7.Chair projects for most of branded solutions independently ？
8.Demonstrate efficient and effective project management to ensure timely delivery at high quality standard ？
9.Control and save FLD costs ？
10.Advise on improvement of Operations productivity Client and Business Development ？ Identify new potential clients and business opportunities ？
11.Build long term winning relationship with clients ？
12.Maintain expected profit margin People Management ？
13.Build and maintain a strong and happy research team by effective people management ？ 14.Provide coaching and training to all researchers if necessary
Job Requirements: ？
1.Bachelor Degree and above ？
2.At least 1-2 years experience in market research or related function in either agency side or client side ？
3.Qualitative research experience is a must (moderated experience in quantitative research is a plus ？
4.Excellent English and Mandarin skills both in written and oral ？
5.Excellent in MS-Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint ？
6.Excellent presentation skills ？
7.Sound knowledge and solid hands-on experience of diverse market research technology ？
8.Be able to think logically and insightfully ？
9.Advanced analytical skills and be able to make value-added recommendations ？
10.A team player and be willing to work hard under high pressure and challenges
