Job Title： Commodity Specialist, Asia Pacific
Location： Shanghai
职位概述:
? This position is intended to support the development and execution of procurement category strategies and management for any direct material purchases such as, but not limited to Mechanical Locks, Closers, Hinges, Trim & Levers, Exit Devices and Accessories. This role will provide the organization with expertise in analysis of supplier spend, cost productivity, supplier profiles and supplier performance management. This position may manage a limited number of sourcing category strategies and relationships. As a result, this position requires an ability to develop relationships across the organization and functions as well as with key suppliers to the company.

? Support commodity managers with strategy development and execution by performing the following:
- collect and validate commodity spend for segmentation & project planning
- analyze spend data and take corrective action to align data under correct commodity
- analyze spend data and assist in identifying potential cost saving projects
- identify purchase commitments and contracts
- project and RFx management including managing contract and project status in Ariba and EPM productivity system
- report generation
? Develop and issue RFI's/RFQ's/RFP’s and manage suppliers through RFx process and identify potential updates from supplier feedback
? Compile supplier financial/performance analysis for negotiations to include spend, current productivity projects, and payment terms
? Support commodity contract lifecycle management - supplier on-boarding process, loading agreements into Allegion Ariba contract database, and developing and keeping current preferred supplier lists
? Facilitate roll out of standard work for assigned commodity teams on regional and/or global basis
? Support productivity projects by providing customer service to stakeholders and other internal customers
? Coordinate quarterly supplier reviews including scheduling reviews, collecting and validating supplier performance metrics, survey plants and stakeholders, and document Allegion performance.
? Support forecasting and reporting of inflation and inflation management
? Provide and maintain accurate, up to date metrics on productivity, weighted net terms, and total spend

职位要求:
? Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
? 1-2 years of procurement, consulting, buyer, and/or analyst experience
? Demonstrated competence in negotiating skills and assessing vendors
? Strong analytical skills
? An understanding of rudimentary concepts of relational and MRP databases and advanced database queries is preferred
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products (Excel proficiency required) 举报 分享
