职位描述：

Understand AAS souring SOP and international trading term

了解AAS（亚洲采购中心）采购标准流程以及国际贸易条例

Understand PPAP process, cost structure, project management process

了解PPAP流程，成本构造以及项目管理流程

Understand how to work with engineering team in business unit and suppliers for technical transfer

了解如何和各个业务单元的工程师团队以及供应商进行技术上的交接

Understand how to interface with both suppliers and buyers in business unit to reach commercial agreements.

与各个业务单元的采购者以及供应商联络，达成商业上的共识

Studying and familiar with commodity raw materials such as metals, plastics, oils, paint, etc... used in manufacturing processes

学习并对生产过程中的产品原材料（如金属、塑料、石油、涂料等）熟悉了解

Studying and familiar with monthly metrics on world-wide commercial trends

学习并熟悉每月的各项绩效指标和全球商业趋势

Usually can complete above works under teaching

能在指导下完成上述工作内容

实习时间：2017年7月至2018年6月 （周一至周五9：00-17：30）

2017-2018年实习生项目旨在通过一年的实习，帮助你充分了解实用动力，更可亲身体验真实商业运作并感受独具魅力的实用动力文化，通过激烈角逐并最终脱颖而出的优异实习生，将有机会在毕业后直接获得录用资格，为你的职业发展提供扎实的铺垫和广阔的平台

实习生待遇：

根据实际出勤天数，120元/天，同时公司会为每一位实习生购买意外保险。

提供可口午餐，往返市区与闵行开发区的班车，年度旅游计划，各类培训活动，等等。

申请条件:

1.工程类相关专业在读本科或硕士（2018年毕业），机械类、电子工程类优。表现良好者有机会提前录用，并提供具有市场竞争力的薪资。同时，如有对本公司工作感兴趣，并有相关实习工作经历的2017年应届生也欢迎投递，符合条件者可直接录用。

2. 良好的英语能力及沟通表达能力

3. 熟练的office技能（尤其是Excel, PowerPoint）
