职位描述
Key Responsibilities
?Lead a team of coordinator for executing all interiors changeovers and installations for store or store(s) including but not limited to construction of any interior/window sets, on-site prop handling and prop placement
?Lead and train up Coordinators and lead a project/team for new installation and changeovers.
?In keeping with visual calendar, prepare for next installation or floor change.
?For each installation, responsible for procuring/compiling creative and aesthetic elements for floor, including: any decorative prop elements, furniture, fabric, etc.
?Execute daily interior-set maintenance for store(s), this includes: repositioning mannequins, re-propping, and sourcing alternative product for interior presentations
?Conduct daily walkthrough of location, identifying opportunities to improve overall visual and creative appearance of the site
?Execute interim display strategies for critical vacancies.
?Partner with store management and product presentation
?Hire and manage freelance or temporary support staff (stylists, carpenters, etc.) during installations and changeovers.
Requirements
?5 years visual merchandising and/or visual presentation/display/fine art/fashion styling experience.
?Demonstrated ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar.
?Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working hours (ie. evenings after 9pm, and weekends).
?Project management/organization skills: proven ability to prioritize, work to a punch list, and hit aggressive deadlines with minimal direction.
?Communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and in verbal conversation with peers, supervisors, direct reports and internal/external clients.
?General computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Photoshop.
?Proven ability in understand RL aesthetic.
