To manage all operational aspects of the Customer Services, including customers data maintenance, order management, stock allocation, delivery coordination, complaints handling, billing, and other tasks that are aligned in achieving company targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
50% Order processing management:
- Assist to manage customer order standardization.
- Assist to build up related wholesale process
- Ensure sales order are correctly loaded in system and monitor until final delivery to wholesale customer
- Assist to manage return order (SO, pick-up arrangement, ASN difference solved)
- Track if customers place order on time to catch launching date.
- Control customers order’s volume and pace, well balance it with capacity of warehouse.
- Monitor month/quarter-end closing.
- Implement order related system in China wholesale business
- Timely track inventory to reduce over stock
- Proactively supports on weekly/monthly reporting and analysis processes
30% Customer service management
- Assist to manage customer service satisfaction KPI for wholesale channel by ensuring all daily C/S enquires and requests are consistently and effectively addressed
- Coordinate with warehouse for on-time delivery KPI by tight follow up and effective analysis
- Manage replenishment fulfilment KPI by tightly following with Merchandising and Logistics specialist
- Manage special requirements such as: defective item, return etc.
- Handle new customer onboard training, well drive customer follow standard process
20% Internal communication:
- Work tightly with sales team in terms of fulfillment of placed order and hit sales target.
- Work tightly with Finance department to ensure on-time invoice issuing and order-release
- Working tightly with internal counter partner at upstream level (shipping) and downstream level (warehouse management)
- Work tightly with IT team to submit requirement and participate in training and test
QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Any Certifications Required
Supply Chain/Economy/Finance bachelor degree, or a related discipline
1-3 working experience in retail industry
Functional &Technical Competencies
?Good understanding of SAP/Oracle/ERP systems.
?data sensitive with business sense
?problem solved skill
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
?Exposure to retail and/or key account supply chain or international companies
