职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1) Translate Automation system catalogs and information of products, technical documents, quotations of the products, bidding documents and other company data;
2) Interpret for Automation system technical and commercial meeting / negotiation with customers;
3) Accompany Chinese customers for visits, pre-acceptance and training in LVT in Germany;
4) Before contract in hand: Prepare and follow-up offers / bidding documents / contracts and similar (including internal verifying and approving process) [commercial/service/ purchasing contract → legal department → Finance department; Collecting Technical Agreement after be confirmed by Sales Application.]
5) After contract in hand:
Information & Documents Exchanging Center: Archive, maintain and transfer all sales- Automation system related documents: Issuing documents, Shipping the work piece, Pre-acceptance, Delivery, Shipping, Installation, FAC & FAC open points, etc.
Contract CHANGE: must inform the key points to all related departments immediately, such as: Management, Law, Finance, Sales, Service, etc.
Purchasing parts for FAC: Which omitted of contracts.
Payment: Down payment, L/C payment, Final payment;
6) Communicate with customers and the LVT in terms of payment / delivery / logistics, etc.;
7) Update / coordinating shipping details:
Informing The Shipping information/Technical Agreements/ Pre-acceptance reports to Service Department is in ONE email immediately.
8) Handle import customs clearance and payments;
9) Liaise with inter departments in LMS for contract executing;
10) Liaise with the LVT and sales staff for contractual clarification;
11) Contact LVT in terms of execution of delivery, payments, etc.;
12) Work closely with internal departments and authorities for handling payment / warehousing / customs related issues, etc.;
13) Maintain relationship with customers and keeping close cooperation with them;

Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree or above;
2) Business Administration, Import & Export or Financial professional experience;
3) At least 5-year working experience in German or other European companies;
4) Knowledge about customs and foreign trade terms;
5) Be familiar with import & export, preferably Automation system;
6) Fluent Chinese and good English in speaking and writing, German skills are preferable;
7) Communication and negotiation skills;
