职位描述
工作要求：
Job Responsibility
1,Job posting of new teachers(including Chinese Teacher and Foreign Teacher), and report to the Teaching Director on every Tuesday
2,Contract signing and arrange the suitable campus for foreign teachers
3,Training for fresh teachers and assigned to each campus, submit the training feed back to related Teaching supervisors
4,Job posting and first round interview for Teaching Supervisors
5,Meeting arrangement and give notice to every attendees, submit the meeting agenda to The Director and each Supervisor
6,Attendance record, Fine collecting for Teaching Department's meeting, and report to the Director
7,Advance training in charge and complete the Lesson plan for it
8, Responsible for applying the Working Visa for foreign teachers
9,Class observation and School inspection for each campus regularly
10,Convey the Notice and Regulations to every Teaching Supervisor, and supervised the work
11,Assistant the Teaching Director to complete the related work
12,Accomplish any other tasks assigned by the Director
Requirements
1、Bachelor degree or above, major of English is preferred;
2,Good command of English in both oral and written;
3,Extroverted, motivate, and good communication skill, and patient, good organization and ahead to your future work
4,At least one year teaching experience for young learners
5,Have sense of responsibility, patient, and good professional sprit
6,Good PC skills(Microsoft office software), good organization, planning and communication skill
7,Can working on Weekends (Off on Week days according to each school )
