Call Center Specialist for Imaging Marketing
Based in: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

1.Collect customers’ information; contact the potential customers to find raw needs.
2.Trace raw needs over the telephone; provide details of imaging products; define qualified needs.
3.Timely tracking the needs following process; submit statistics and status report to BU manager, and corporate with sales team to get the orders.
4.Receive complaints and advices from customers to promote the internal process of market demand.

1.收集并整理业务部客户信息，联系潜在客户，以发现初步市场需求。
2.以电话形式跟踪初步市场需求，提供影像产品信息，进一步确认信息并筛选出潜力需求。
3.及时跟踪和回访，统计销售人员后续跟进进度，向事业部经理提交统计及进度报告；支持销售人员工作，帮助销售团队取得最终业务成果。
4.接收客户投诉与意见，促进市场需求内部程序的进行。


Qualifications & Experience:
1.Diploma’s degree; Medical or mechanical education background is plus.
2.2 years and above experience of customer service or telesales; Medical device or dental experience is plus.
3.Strong communication, negotiation and conflict resolution.
4.Detail-orientation, continually tracing and result driven
5.Can-do attitude, responsible and always with passion in work.
6.Good at English (both writing and oral).

1.大专以上学历；医疗或机械专业优先考虑。
2.2年以上客户服务或电话销售工作经验；医疗、牙科行业工作经验优先。
3.优秀的沟通能力，谈判和冲突的解决能力。
4.工作细致，具备良好的持续跟踪能力并以结果为导向。
5.工作自信、负责，能始终保持工作热情。
6.良好的英语能力。
