职位描述
To lead shop people keep business going up according to company policy带领门店员工在公司规定制度下提高门店销售业绩
- Retail shop management零售门店管理工作；
- To carry out marketing strategy, execute marketing activities, promotion activities, display product according to marketing instruction, keep novelty and variety of shop’s display, to maintain shop’s order, clean and equipments well贯彻执行公司市场策略，开展市场活动，促销活动，在市场部的指导下组织布置店内的商品布局，保持店面的新颖和变化性；维持店内整齐、清洁及样机设备的正常工作；
- Shop team management, including recruitment, evaluation, daily attendance, encouragement, training arrangement店内人员的管理，包括招聘店员、考评、日常考勤、激励团队以及人员培训；
- Be fully responsible for stock control (quality and quantity, inventory registration) and related report, prevent both overstock and under stock负责门店的库存的掌控（数量和质量，以及库存登记）及相关库存报表，防止货品积压与断货；
- Be responsible for consumer management, including database establishment, needs information, communication负责客户管理，包括客户信息的建立，客户需求了解以及客户沟通等；
- To keep shop business in order, handle consumer complaint, after-sales service, and related issues保持门店销售顺利，负责客户投诉、售后服务等事宜；
- Be in line with local government department for business, eg. business license, social insurances协调与属地政府等管理部门的关系，如营业执照、社会保险等事宜
要求:
-女性,大专以上学历;
-At - Good customer service sense, great passion for work, good team spirit良好的顾客服务意识，高度的工作热情，良好的团队合作精神；
- Honest, frank, mature, confident and willing to take responsibility正直、坦诚、成熟、自信，具有强烈的责任心；
- Solution orientation, not problem orientation能独立解决问题
-least 3 years retail shop manage experience三年以上零售店铺管理经验
-Hearing Aid Industry experience is preferred有助听器行业经验优先考虑
