职位描述
Main tasks (primary responsibilities) of the position area:
? Provide the primary functional reporting line to the direct reports
? Provide support to the field by performing Installations and Service Visits as necessary.
? Ensure efficient Field Support and Instrument Installations utilizing all available tools
? Develop the Field Service Business
? Ensure high customer satisfaction
? Utilize relevant databases to input and provide information that will increase effectiveness
? Utilize all available tools such as Service Reports, Spare Part & Service Manuals, ISI Notes,
? Manage Critical Customers in conjunction with the Sales management.
? Provide regular report documentation as directed by Service Management.
? Develop and Manage Instrument Specialists through direct interaction and phone support.
? Provide direction, manage and motivate
? Meet/exceed sales targets by execution of Marketing activities and by supporting the sales team to maximize revenues service-instruments-consumables
? Ability to lift ~50lb or 25kgs
? Will require work with hazardous substances such as acids and solvents and to work in biological laboratories up to BSL3
Position area requirements, qualifications, experiences and competencies:
? Will require work with hazardous substances such as acids and solvents and to work in biological laboratories up to BSL3
? Min 5 years service and support experience or min of 3 year management and leadership experience in a comparable position within the after sales service business in the Life Science industry/markets
? Proven track record in a successful business development of a service and support business
? Proven ability to manage teams/functions and projects
? Very good communication skills
? Demonstrated strong commercial skills in combination with customer satisfaction
? Does supervise employees
? Extensive travel required (75%)
