职位描述：
Responsibilities
1. Build up SHE regulation and management system to meet the requirement of Chinese laws, local regulation and policy of HQ
2. Build up company SHE report to express SHE progress, potential risk and improvement schedule
3. Build up SHE training system, implement SHE plan, emergency drill and build up good SHE culture
4. Response for communication with local safety, environment and firefighting bureau etc.
5. Build up site monitoring system and implement site monitoring schedule to ensure site work and production safety
6. Response for SHE assessment for project and maintenance
7. Response for regular SHE assessment for vendors
8. Keep all safety facilities in qualified and meet the laws and regulation
9. Lead and cooperate with other department to ensure all wastes discharge and treatment meet Chines laws and regulation
10. Follow and implement the regulation from HQ
11. Response for permitting application of new products with support by R&D/production
12. Lead the accident investigation and correct action follow up.

Required:
1. Bachelor degree in safety engineering, or equivalents
2. Minimum 8 year experience on production safety management
3. Familiar with basic international project construction safety managing system, procedures and standards
4. Good knowledge of local safety regulation, standards
5. Good background of chemical plant
6. Strong executive power and high responsibility
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with multinational clients, contractors and company management in English and Mandarin
8. Good command of MS Office and AutoCAD
9. Relevant qualification certificates in related principles are preferred
