职位描述：

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive the corporate procurement functions for Hong Kong and PRC regions to maximize cost saving opportunity;
• Lead the purchasing/procurement teams in daily operation for materials sourcing, price negotiation and orders fulfillment for the HK and China factories ;
• Build up, maintain, evaluate the existing vendor portfolio and source new potential vendors for vendor pool;
• Implement procurement plans and policies to meet the Company's strategic objectives;
• Manage the supplier selection and evaluation for the favorable trading terms and conditions to the company;
• Oversee and control the inventory level of raw materials in order to fulfil the production requirements;
• Prepare and monitor each year budget so as to ensure meeting the company’s sales financial goals;
• Work closely with various departments for the deliverables in compliance with the set procurement policy and procedures;
• Handle ad-hoc purchases or projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or other related discipline;
• 10 years or above of procurement experience in Manufacturing Industry or Printing Industry, at least 5 years managerial experiences;
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem solving skills;
• Responsible, independent, multi-tasking;
• Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications;
• Frequent travel to Shenzhen and station when necessary
• Immediate availability is preferred.
