1、计算机科学相关专业本科或以上学历；
2、5年以上SAP Basis 模块相关工作经验；
3、必须有独立实施HANA数据库的项目经验；
4、必须有实施过SAP升级、迁移、数据归档的项目经验；
5、熟悉SAP Basis 模块的业务流程和基本配置；熟悉Solution Manager安装和配置；
6、熟悉SAP Basis的管理技能，有熟练的技能对SAP Server进行安装、维护、监控、诊断、优化、灾备恢复等；
7、熟悉各类操作系统和数据库；
