职位描述：
Position: Quality Engineer
Location: 深圳市龙岗区布吉镇
Report to: QA Supervisor


Position Summary:
Setup and maintain quality system. Monitor quality system operation and report to QA Supervisor Monthly. Handle customer complaint, and improve customer complaint process system,. Return goods control, communication with division QA Dept for quality issue.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Report to QA Supervisor. Contact with all departments in the company. Contact with the suppliers, customers, and consult the quality evaluation of the company.

Job Responsibility:
？Monitor quality system operation, updating quality system procedure/ file as ISO9001, QS9000 standard on time.
？Schedule/ implement quality assurance system/ process/ products internal audit, external audit and management reviews. Writing audit reports and ensure the corrective action effectively.
？Organize vendor audit annually, submit audit report to management review.
？Organize and train inter-Company employees how to using statistics technique (SPC, FMEA, MSA, 6 sigma …).
？Responsible for customer complaint processing, and follow-up in plant, cost measuring, reporting.
？Communicating with Division in process quality controlling, local vendor for quality issue.
？Returned goods controlling.
？Report to QA manager/supervisor for scope supervision.
？Other objects from the company.

Qualifications:
？Bachelor degree or above
？Familiar with ISO 9001, QS-9000 and other related quality system, having relevant certificates
？At least 3 years relevant experience
？CET—4 or above
？Good command of Chinese and English
？Familiar with office software
？With strong communication skill
