Duties &
Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly premium taxes calculation, tax reports and documentations to ensure tax returns are correct filed with tax authority;
2. Comply with the requirements of tax regulations and Local GAAP;
3. Monthly send the Statement of Account (SOA) to re-insurers;
4. Timely follow up the outstanding items of facultative reinsurance related accounts to ensure they are within controllable aging period for balance reconciliation and settlement;
5. Correctly arrange the payment to re-insurers for both premium payable and loss recoverable;
6. Monthly prepare facultative reinsurance and inter-company related vouchers with good quality;
7. Monthly prepare Balance Sheet Reconciliation statements to facultative reinsurance accounts;
8. Prepare the facultative reinsurance related reports before the date of submission.
9. To handle other assignments based on superior's request.



Candidate
Specification:

1. University graduates with major in Accounting or Finance
2. 2+ years working experience in MNC; has collection or insurance related working experience is a plus
3. Detail oriented with good excel skill & interpersonal skill
4. Fluent communication in Chinese and English
