Duties &
Responsibilities:
To in charge of formulating and developing training programs and providing guidance to training team. Ensure that all training materials are relevant and current so as to achieve the desired level of service and sales and retention quality provided to end-customers.
1. Supervising training team members provides both formal and informal feedback to trainers.
2. Develops and provides training program to better sales skills, quality standards, customer service and increased efficiency of call center
3. Come up with plan on how to implement training program and how to identify key weaknesses of team members to ensure client and TSR satisfaction.
4. Through programs and test to appraisal and evaluation training result.
5. Strives on inculcate campaign core valued into team members
Candidate
Specification:
1. At least two years Tele-sales training related experience
2. Have trouble shooting skills and will be able to solve problems.
3. Excellent interpersonal and motivating skills to train the staff
4. Be well-organized and have management experience and skills
5. Be innovative, creative and able to work in a team environment
6. Excellent communication (verbal & written) skills
