Assist with day-to-day processing matters pertaining to AEL, work permit and residence permits for China and related processes like invitation letters for Business visas etc.
? Updating Systems and trackers with the information such as filing dates, visa / work permit validity dates, working on internal systems etc. to ensure records are updated for tracking compliance.
? Manage cross-border (outbound) moves from the region and assist in global mobility processes for such moves ? Manage relationships with immigration vendors and assist in coordinating with vendors, govt. departments etc.
? Provide appropriate communication to Global Mobility leadership on any changes in rules / regulations etc.
? Must have prior experience and working knowledge / familiar with China immigration requirements for work and residence permits.
? Strong communication skills and effective interaction with the internal stakeholders; Work collaboratively with the team.
? Ability to prepare and handle reports.
? Has an analytical mind and meticulous - Ability to work under tight deadlines if necessary.
? Must possess a college / university degree with at least 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a mid-size IT firm.
