1、负责甲级写字楼/办公楼的保安保洁绿化及运营管理；
2、制定项目年度物业管理方案，管理日常物业的服务品质、操作管理流程及财务运行情况；
3、对下属员工进行日常监督管理
4、，保持良好沟通，以提高工作质量；
5、负责处理客户投诉，提高客户满意度；
6、妥善处理一切紧急及突发事件。
职位要求：
30-40岁，男，大专；
熟悉物业保安、消防、停车场、保洁、绿化、虫控类业务知识；
熟悉物业相关法规；8年以上物业从业经历，5年以上20万平方以上大型商业工作经验；
具备CAD、A1软件操作基础，能绘制各类动线图、保安配置图、基本标识
