General Role
Assist Admin team for daily operation and department communication
Major Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support in related to operational management of assignment
- Carry out theme-based research on service information, activity, etc. sector and assist in including but not limited to communicating, arranging and organizing.
- Tidy up and examine office environment, maintenance regularly
- Assist to check monthly expenses and record accordingly
- Draft document/notice in both English and Chinese
- Organize documents and contracts
- As a backup of receptionist when necessary
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements & Capabilities
- University/ Master Student in English or Law
- Strong can-do attitude towards service requests, willing to take ad-hoc and detail oriented
- Strategic thinking and analytical coordination skill
- Strong oral and written communication ability, strong translation and interpretation (English and Chinese) skill
- Proficient skills in Microsoft office applications, especially in Excel and PPT
- Weekly attendance can be guaranteed not less than 3 days
- 1 year (12 months) preferred
