职位描述：
工作地点：浦东张江
岗位描述;
– 数据库的安装，版本升级和补丁升级；
– 数据库的日常操作和维护，例如参数调整，表空间调整等；
– 数据库相关的事件，问题和变更的处理；
– 数据库的备份策略制定，备份和验证；
– 数据库的运行状态的监控；
– 数据库性能的调优；
– 根据应用系统的反馈，提出数据库层面的优化建议；
– 数据库的安全加固和审计；
– 实施数据库的高可用性部署；
– 编写并更新数据库相关的技术手册；


任职要求；
1. 计算机或相关专业，大学专本科以上学历；
2. 两年及以上Oracle数据库管理员的工作经验；
3. 2年以上大型，生产Oracle数据库的管理经验；
4. 熟悉Unix/Linux操作系统的日常操作；
5. 精通Oracle数据库的安装部署，管理和维护,了解RAC、Data Guard；
6. 具备丰富的Oracle数据库的性能调优经验；
7. 可以独立编写脚本，实现对数据库日常维护的自动化；
8. 可以独立制定数据库备份策略；
