岗位职责:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
主要职责
1. Strictly follow the integrated China Purchasing Policy and ensure that all purchases adhere to it..
2. Supplier Management and development and maintain the relationship with suppliers to deliver reliable products & services supply and total cost effectiveness while meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction
3. Leading purchasing activities from the business site or functions that he/she is partnering with, supporting the functional head with effective purchasing analysis, as well as meeting the requirements from site/function
4. Manage Project sourcing and procurement activities and fully aligned with stakeholders on the project execution
5. Manage the supply risks and identify areas of supply risks and define the mitigation actions with stakeholders, implement the mitigation actions..
6. Drive for cost saving target and implementation

JOB REQUIREMENTS
录用条件和工作要求
1. Bachelor degree in Procurement, Finance, Accounting or equivalent. Master Degree is preferred.
2. Have solid track record in indirect sourcing, the experiences in marketing category or travel meeting card category is preferred
3. Familiar with Procure-to-pay process and good pharmaceutical industry’s working experiences is preferred
4. Sense of responsibility, diligent and with high integrity，positive attitude, proactivity, team-work approach.
