Scope of Role:

? Act as the Operational Risk expert within the business unit, implement and reinforce controls to meet all regulatory and internal requirements
? Act as IT operational risk team focal point to support regulatory and internal audit and compliance review activities and ensure full compliance
? Ensure continuous monitoring of key controls to assess proper functioning and adequacy of existing controls, leading to effective management of OR within the business units
? Act as 2nd line Technology Risk Defend to ensure operational risks within the unit are identified, measured, registered, monitored and controlled as per Group’s OR Framework.
? Work closely with Technology Teams and 1st line Techy Risk Mgmt to improve country technology operation control & governance mechanism.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

? Understand and drive to fulfill OR and compliance requirements
? Ensures any significant risks that may affect the banks operations or reputation are promptly escalated, regular and ad hoc IT operation risk reports are timely coordinated and consolidated for business unit heads and key stakeholders, with data accuracy and completeness
? Proactively communicate with business units on IT operational risk issues, escalate significant events to business unit heads and key stakeholders as appropriate
? Undertake and coordinate period IT operation monitoring (self-assessment) activities within the business unit and escalate findings or breaches to business unit heads and key stakeholders, then they occur
? Ensure IT risks and issues identified are tracked and resolved in an appropriate and timely manner with minimized impact to business
? Identify gaps and arrange training on compliance and OR for staffs
? Achieve satisfactory results on regulatory and internal audits & compliance reviews

Qualifications & Skills
? Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable;
? Over 5 years above experience in technology operational support or technology risk management, with a clear understanding of bank’s approach to the management of operational risk.
? CISA, CISM, CISSA, ITIL certificate holder is highly expected
? Experience developing and delivering presentations to various levels within an organization, including executive management.
? Experience in technology related audits, understand audit methodology
? Effective change agent, having good communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
