To develop and implement human resource strategy which supports business growth and its long-term sustainability.
Job Description:
Recruitment:
- Assist General Manager with implementing a recruiting strategy that attracts qualified candidates in a timely and efficient manner. Ensures that all hires have right competences and are integrated and oriented in an effective manner
- Implement whole recruiting process including job analysis, advertisement, interview and selection, reference check and offering. Develop and select effective recruitment channels & agents, manage the vacancies in Internal Job Market.
- Implement employment and resignation processes, conduct exit interview, analyze the employee turnover data and propose the suggestions
Employee Relation:
- Support business department manager in employee relations and legal compliance related issues. Meanwhile, to ensure HR policy and procedure is well understood and accepted at all levels
- Implement the Employee Suggestion Scheme and recognition programs, to inspire the employees' initiatives for continuous improvement and promote positive working environment.
- Collect and edit the articles for company newsletter & manage Wechat platform, enhance internal communication.
- Support employer branding activities & organize annual staff meeting/ annual dinner
Competency development
- Support each business department to detect the training needs and provide the proper solutions on training and development which is in line with business strategy.
- Identify and recommend internal and external training programs that meet the needs of employees and the organization’s overall training plan
- Coordinate the delivery of training & development programs with good quality and cost effectiveness
- Maintain routine training records, documents and agreements in accordance with the training process, and monitor training and relates costs and budgetary control.
- Be an expert on the Atlas Copco Competence Model.
C&B
- Execute compensation and benefits programs in order to provide and effective and efficient kit to keep internal equity & external competitive advantage;
- Manage C&B implementation: monthly compensation calculation, social insurance& housing fund transaction.
- Ensure the accurate HR reports are timely submitted.
- Support on the annual salary and social benefit audit by the government;
- Coordinating and implementing yearly salary review,performance reviews, VC/Commision plan & payment.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources Management.
Knowledge and skills:
- Good command of English both in speaking and writing
- Familiar with China labor laws / regulations
- Computer literacy in MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good presentation skills
- Strong communications and influencing skills
Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years HR experience.
Personality Requirements:
- Enthusiasm, team player, self-motivated and well organized
- Eager to learn and improve continuously
- Patient, detail-oriented
