职位描述：
1. Objectives and main responsibilities :
? Establish a network of social systems auditors in China
? Ensure the integrity of our inspection and testing departments and perform surprise / witness audits on site for our regular footwear / textile inspections
? Assist in training and witnessing of auditors (Up-skilling of audit teams)
? Prepare audit plans using required documents and organize the work of your audit team
? Manage your own team of auditors (including junior auditors)
? Conduct factory social audits and support factories to implement appropriate corrective actions
? Educate and train suppliers and factory management on Ethical Standards and Sustainability programs
? Produce reports in a timely manner and update database
? Participate in strategic initiatives which support Social compliance and sustainability goals. May lead projects or act as a resource for projects.
? Work collaboratively with cross functional teams and integrate audit or investigation findings into supplier factory development and remediation efforts.
? Adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of yourself, colleagues and clients, in line with the Company’s policies and procedures

2. Qualifications
? At least 3 years of relevant and similar work experience, preferably in social compliance related position
? A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in management
? Qualified social auditor meeting requirements in terms of education, training and experience
? Qualified SA 8000 Lead Auditor
? Ideally Already cross-trained for environmental, technical or social audits
? Experience of working under own initiative and in planning and prioritizing workloads such as project coordination and implementation
? Experience of working across international boundaries


3. Requirements
? Must have valid Lead Social Auditor certificate
? Fluency in written and spoken English
? Knowledge of international labor conventions, local labor laws and regulations
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? Ability to work independently and efficiently, potentially under pressure
? High level of ethics, honesty and integrity
