Job Purpose:
* Responsible for all restaurant operations in North China, and the leadership of all Restaurant Managers and employees.

* Ensure that teams are highly engaged, to deliver a fun and memorable, restaurant and bar experience to guests, with great food, drink, atmosphere and exceptional service. Keeping all teams updated regarding strategic developments and operational targets, ensuring teams have the resources, systems, support, and knowledge to achieve goals.

* Develop new venue in north China.

* The successful candidate for this position will be a highly motivated, dynamic and experienced restaurant and bar manager, able to keep pace with high volumes and ongoing business development. The Assistant General Manager will set targets, plan budgets, control operational expenditures, recruit, train and inspire multiple teams, create and drive marketing campaigns across several restaurants and build strong bridges with the local community.

Background & Experience:

The Assistant General Manager must have solid organizational skills to manage staff and projects, and effectively integrate and balance the needs of other functional leadership. This includes the ability to build and develop people and teams, develop strategic plans from a company perspective, and define, organize, and implement complex projects involving people, money and technology.

*Candidate should have managed multiple restaurants and a minimum of 300 employees, including budget and resource allocation processes, within a fast growing organization or a large, multi-national company.
*Strong leadership and Project Management skills, an ability to excel in an ambiguous and diverse environment, and a collaborative style and approach.
*Superior business partnering skills
*Superb attention to detail but capable of elevating to high level depending on audience.
*Expertise in quantitative analysis and forecasting
*High energy and a desire to work in a deadline oriented, fast growth environment
*Familiarity dealing with Asian businesses is a must
*Extensive experience in China and in working with internationally recognized F&B standards
*Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
*Speaks, reads and writes fluent Mandarin and English
*Utmost integrity and proven ethical standards is a must


Education Background:
College degree or plus. Fluent Chinese and English.
