1.Monitoring of stock, demand forecast, make material plan to coordinate materials to support manufacturing and cost control as well, and meanwhile reduce extra cost for logistics.
2.Work with purchasing team to handle material/spare parts return processing as well resolve abolished materials/parts on hand.
3.Issues PO according to Material Plan or new project demand, arrangements with oversea supplier
4.Receive Oversea PO, coordinate with customer, production and purchase
5.Import and Export arrangement, communicates with oversea suppliers, customer, forwarder to ensure materials are delivered on time
6.Routinely manages and coordinates with freight forwarder and broker to ensure materials arrive on time and in cost effective means of transport
7.Makes/checks shipping documents, monitor and tracks Customs Clearance process
8.Supports solving quality and other issues through claiming and goods replacement
9.Monitoring of costs, arrange the concerned payment in time.
10.Checking and verifying shipping records, handling questions or concerns of shipping shortages or overages and addressing any problems with inventory control.
11.Other jobs requested by the function manager.



Qualifications and Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree with major in logistic management or related background;
2.At least 3 years work experience in SCM, import / export material planning/purchase area; Familiar with operation procedures of Customs, CIQ.
3. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
4.Good command of MS office, especially in EXCEL;
5.Having good experience of SAP system operation on materials planning/purchase area will be perfect.
