Objectives of Position
?According to company regulations on working process, excute receive, delivery and other goods movement in SAP system, to meet internal and external requirements of the SAP data accuracy.
Main Tasks
1. 原材料/半制品/成品/包装桶日常SAP收发工作。
Daily SAP GR/GI of RM/intermediates/FG/packaging.
2. 原材料/半制品/成品SAP移库单创建及内部驳运安排。
Daily SAP stock transfer order of RM/intermediates/FG as well as short haul arrangement.
3. 工作流和SAP NCM日常操作。
Daily workflow and SAP NCM.
4. 包装桶日常叫货与协调工作。
Daily packaging call in and coordination.
5. 库房日盘点和月末盘点数据准备、盘点协调、盘点数据整理及差异分析。
Coordination and data preparation and difference analysis of daily and monthly inventory taking.
6. 仓库技术采购采购需求单创建及收货。
PR creation and GR of technical goods for own team.
7. 统计报表制作及对账。
Reporting and LSP's expense verification.
8. 作为当班协调人，协调内外部以解决日常问题；
As the shift coordinator, coordinate internally and externally and solve the problem in daily operation
