Description
? Formulate and implement the franchise’s marketing strategies, communication programs that will deliver business goals and enhance our brand equity within the marketplace, and ensure articulation of the bank’s brand equity and personality consistently across all customer touch points.
? Lead the development of Citi’s brand position and competitive value proposition for the consumer franchise in China and align with the region and global the bank’s marketing vision and strategy.
? Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, Search, Social and Video Marketing to build brand awareness, acquire new customers and engage customers.
? Provide strategic direction for marketing content, and lead the design, production and distribution of the bank’s communication including product, promotion, social, SMS and email messaging.
? Leverage our own digital properties including branch, ATM, WeChat, Citibank Portal and Partnership to drive perceptual scale and maximize advertising opportunities.
? Create dynamic marketing campaigns to drive revenue and establish an engagement platform to reach out to customers.
? Conduct regular market research to understand the changing customer behavior and our market positioning in the marketplace.
? Conduct competitive market benchmarking and assess the implication brought by market driver change.
? Closely work with Product teams, Public Relations and internal departments to ensure Citibank’s leadership position in wealth management.

Qualification
? Demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of brand campaign, product marketing program, digital and social marketing
? Strong focus on customer and good understanding of dynamic customer behavior
? Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and people skills
? Experience in developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, managing talents of new generation
? Experience in managing advertising agency and UX/UI designers
? Highly digital literacy and good understanding of adtech tools in the market
? Commitment to work with shared leadership and in cross- functional teams
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Minimum 10 years of working experience in area of consumer marketing preferably at digital companies
? Familiar with financial services and equipped with necessary financial product knowledge
? Good team player and result-oriented
? Fluent in Mandarin & English 举报 分享
