Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Response for LH BJ and 4 offshore holding companies:

- Band related work including the bank information changing, process he payment in online banking, keep the bank balance in line with the booking.

- Vouchers checking and posting in Yongyou system for all reimbursement, expense charging, properties procurement and divestment, loan and interest accrual and repayment. In charge of entries of general accruals and payroll related.

- Review the financial statements every month and to do the adjustment after approved by N+1 if any mistakes.

- Check on tax reports and returns including VAT, CIT and other taxes and surcharges.

- Any finance reporting to Finance Bureau and Bureau of Statistics etc.

- Liaise with external auditor for financial statements auditing upon all general accounting affairs.

- Liaise with external auditor for annual Enterprise Income Tax upon all general accounting affairs. Assist N+1 to do the transfer price reporting preparation.

- Assist N+1 in holding companies closure work.

- Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree or above, subject in accounting is preferable.

- Having general ledger and reporting experience is preferable.

- Fluent in English communication both in written and spoken.

- Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

- Knowledge and sense of internal control points.

- With initiative, result-oriented, team-work spirit, excellent communication and coordination sills and capable to work under pressure.

- 3-5 year experiences in multi-national companies is preferable.
