Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
? Strong domain understanding for Banking
? 7-10 years demonstrated success leading test project activities, providing technical guidance and task assignments with good Banking domain knowledge
? Excellent in communication & client relationship management, People Management handling governance call & showcase value add for portfolio
? Should have hands on experience on people management
? Should have hands on experiences on Manual Test Planning and Execution
? Able to assess the risks associated with deliverables and take steps to mitigate that risk
? Should be mature and good team player as the roles involved interacting with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibility:
? Work in client location as Test Manager
? Be responsible for people management (both SIT and UAT team)
? Be responsible for delivery management on all the work streams
? Provide Mentor, guidance and hands on support to teams
