工作地点：洋山港保税区及外高桥保税区

Purpose of Position

The CFS / Warehouse Manager provide materials, equipment, and support by directing receiving, warehousing, and outbound consolidation. The CFS / Warehouse Manager will be responsible to ensure the Scan & Receipt Operator and Blue collar will be handled according to adidas CFS operation procedures and liaise with Ocean Freight business unit at origin to ensure the container load plan provide by business unit according to the timeline

Key Tasks

Warehouse Operation and Controlling :

1 Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.

2 Complies with adidas SOP requirement and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.

3 Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.

4 Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.

5 Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.

6 Maintains warehouse staff job results by selecting, orienting, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results and training employees.

7 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

8 OSD (Overage, Shortage and Damage) Management – Record of the damage in the report and request with vendor to replacement of cartons damaged

9 Monitoring daily transaction and ensure the daily reporting quality and provide in according to timeline

Pre ASN :

1 Follow up with factory and business unit if there are any missing Pre-ASN’s or expectations on a daily basis, upon receipt of the cargo. In case of Pre-ASN missing, CFS Manager must contact the vendor for submission

2 Follow up with factory and origin operation if the inbound scanning data does not match with the Pre-ASN details within the same day when the issue is found and prepare the issue log to adidas

3 Check and validate the S&V process and ensure the correct scan count match with the Pre-ASN information / data

Put away :

1 Identified / assign the dedicated location to handle the incomplete scanning order and or any products required label replacement, damage outer carton exchange

2 Guide the CFS sub contractor mis-match the storage with other completed scanning order

Cargo Receiving :

1 Managed the CFS sub contractor unload the cargo as per adidas SOP requirements

2 Ensure CFS operator storage the cargo to the pre-assign location by shipping order, purchase order and final destination

3 Cross check the CFS sub contractor use the pre-print Pallet Sheet to write down the correct Shipping Order Number (S/O), PO#, receiving quantity (CTN) and pallet count

Scan Out and Loading :

1 Ensure the operator must perform the outbound scanning during the cargo stuffing/loading process at CFS

2 Ensure the S&V operator must load the scan out data into Panalpina IT visibility Tool (myPanalpina+)

3 Guide the CFS operator photo taking during cargo loading in container

4 Monitoring the cargo loading must load by Shipping Order Number (S/O), PO# and all label must face to door side

Function - / Market & Industry knowledge / Business Acumen / Process working

1 Good knowledge of ocean freight and CFS Warehouse Operation is a MUST

2 Experience in 3PL Ocean Freight services is preferred

3 Experience in serving global customer in retail sector is recommended

4 Good operations know how

5 Strong ability to define, train, develop and document operational processes and procedures

Skills & Competencies

1 Able to identify the problem root caused

2 CFS management Planning and Controlling

3 Cargo consolidation and warehouse operation

Educational background / Work experience

1 College or above

2 Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in CFS warehousing operation, contract logistics and related maters

3 Exposure and knowledge to 3PL and Freight Management operations

Language Skills

Good communication skill in both spoken & written English and local language

Computer Literacy

Basic knowledge of computer in MS Office

Basic knowledge to handle the data upload to PC / Server and or process the scan data
