Supervisor (AP)
This position will be the key person to work with AP manager on various AP and payment related matters.
Reporting of the role
This role reports to the AP Manager, GroupM
Major Requirements:
1. University finance/accounting background with 3-5 years related working experience
2. Good understanding of Account Payable process and key control points
3. Good interpersonal skills and organizational ability
4. Good command of MS office especially Excel
5. Can work well under pressure and strict timeline
6. Good oral and written English skills
Major Responsibility:
1. Ensure the timely and accuracy of account payable recording.
2. Lead the team to ensure all AP related reports completed timely and accurately.
3. Coordinate with trading team and manager to conduct the monthly payment plan
4. Perform AP aging analysis for long aged AP balance and reconcile with trading team personnel on timely basis to reduce the AP long aged balance.
5. Provide full support for agency client audit preparations
6. Ensure staff reimbursement claim in line with group policy. Investigate and deal with any discrepancy found.
7. Managing the collecting of vendor invoices from multiply media vendors.
8. Other ad hoc assignments assigned by the manager.
