Job title:
Report checking manager/assistant

Context:

Every day the Quality Control (QC) inspectors of AQM go to factory, inspect goods, and write reports. These reports are then sent to our office.

To guarantee our customer the best possible service we need to check these reports, correct them if necessary, and then send them to the right person.

Job description:

The job consists in:

- receiving the report from all the QC every night.
- reading the report, checking nothing is missing.
- making corrections, calling the inspector if any doubt or questions.
- sending the report to the right person among all our customers.
- sending the Greenlight and inspection certificate to the suppliers and customers.
- giving feedback to our inspectors so they can improve their report and reduce mistakes.
- Report the mistakes found to the manager and establish training plan to help improve the work of QC.
- Participate in training in the factory for the actual and new customers to understand well the requirements.

The job is a day office job, starting from Monday to Friday from 8-12 AM / afternoon from 2-6PM , 5 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).

Job Training will be organized for the 1st month in office and in the factory.

AQM will provide internet connection and computer.

This job is of high responsibility if any report is sent with any mistake the consequences can be dramatic for our customers.

Profile sought:

1. University license degree or master
2. Fluent English for both reading and writing. Need to read and correct English inspection reports daily. Good computer skills (use of Microsoft Excel)
3. Care about details, an experience in a job related to correction can be a plus
3. Familiar with the quality inspection process and knowledge of AQL will be a plus.
4. Hard-working, can manage the pressure, and the night time working
5. According to the different requirements of customers and technical file, you need adapt your work.
6. Familiar with Textile industry will be a plus.
