与客户协商价格及报价
船务公司销售客服相关工作
一年以上相关工作经验,基本书面英语要求,有团队合作精神
1.Submit sales call report daily;
2.Submit two weeks sales call preplan every Mon morning;
3. Updated the existing & potential customers database as monthly;
4.Negotiate the booking contract with customers, and submit the CA timely;
5.Quote O/F and VAS to customer;
6.Check AR to customer, and take the responsibility to collect within the credit;
7.Check concern e-mail message and make the response within the same day;
8. Collect market information as request, inclusive the information about carriers &customers etc.
9.Keep good relationship with customers, and revert the information in every morning meeting;
10. Visit customers, and revert the outcome against the three weeks lost account;
11.Push the sales as guidance from office manager;
12.Achieve the volume & margin target;
13.Support outdoor sales to cope with some urgent issue.
Essential Qualifications:
1) Degree: Junior Colleague or Above
2) English: CET – 4 or Above
3) Experience: 1-2 years or above in same industry
4) Computer: Word, Excel required
5) Others: Sense of clients, hard working
