Accountabilities:
?Trace inward container and update activity in Dolphin System.
?Trace outward container and update activity in Dolphin System according to tally report.
?Trace transshipment container update activity in Dolphin System.
?Arrange Free-use container's pick-up & redelivery and sent report to liner equipment.
?Arrange container On-hire & Off-hire and send report to liner equipment.
?Apply for free DDC in Dolphin System .
?Prepare inbound DDC invoice through Dolphin System and push truckers for fast payment.


Task
?Prepare and send daily inventory report every day, weekly import and export report &weekly longstay report on every Wednesday, monthly REPO report at the end of every month, monthly COC costing report on 6th of every month .
?Update daily container activities in Donlphin System according to movement reports from depots, terminals, hinterland agents.
Generate and submit EOC proforma & actual in ACOS before cutting days.


Essential Qualifications:
1) Degree: Acad or College, shipping/transportation is preferable but not necessary
2) English: Normal ability for oral and written
3) Experience: two years shipping/transportation
4) Computer: MS Office, e-mail and Doc program
