进出口专员/助理
Import & Export Assistant/Specialist

Job Summary:
Report to Supply Chain Manager, Asia Pacific.
The Incumbent will be involved in all customs clearance related activities for inbound and outbound consignments/ shipments.
- Control the cost of shipment, and find the opportunities in cost saving.
- Tracks, coordinates and follows-up shipments with service providers and customers as well as functional departments within the company;
- Ensures accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of shipping requirements and documents;
- Ensures most timely, accurate update of the order status to the team;
- Interacts with sales personnel to ensure that all requirements from customer side in terms of transportation are being met.

Key Responsibilities:
The job holder has the responsibility to :
* Import and export related documents & communication
* Order supporting and follow-up for the sales outside China
* Cost control for import & Export
* ERP system maintenance and input
* Monitor import & export status and making weekly report

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years working experiences in logistics
- Good in English both in writing & oral
- Good communication skill
