Position Summary:

Responsible for supporting SHA Contract Logistics sales in developing client

specific solutions Specifically, he/she will analyze customer requirements;

develop a cost model and design layouts as well as material flows

Furthermore, he/she will be also responsible leading the team for the

project management of SHA logistics He/She is expected to fulfill this role

within the corporate CTI (Customer Transition and Integration) His/Her

responsibility covers team buildup, project design & planning, resource

acquisition, training and post-implementation follow-up.


Main Duties & Job Description:


I) Solution Engineering

Develops a cost model as a basis for quotations Analyzes different storage

and handling techniques to identify the optimal solution Designs floor

layout and material flow concepts Develops process flowcharts and SOP as a

basis for project implementations and IT programming Assists to co-ordinate

the compilation of complex logistics proposals Supports project

implementations as member of the implementation team Co-ordinate with

Regional & Corporate solution team to bring the new solution to China


II) Project Planning & Management

Development and management of project plans Co-ordination with customer,

operations, IT and other relevant parties Develop and design material and

layout concepts Implementation budget controlling Proper documentation of

project plans and operating procedures Resource acquisition


III) Training and development

Training of operational staff on new processes and best practices Ongoing

continuous development of the CTI program by identifying and employing best

practices Development of new tools and reports for project management


VI) Post Implementation Support

SOP monitoring

Conducting regular review meetings

Continuous improvement support, KNPS


Requirements:


Operations background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with over 5

years project management experience and 3 years team management experience.

More than 10 years working experience

Production logistics experience is a plus

Ability to provide clear direction to operations support staff to gather

necessary data and implement the right solution

Good analytical skills to translate and understand complex business

processes and the ability to transform these into operational concepts

Very good communication and organizational skills

Team-Player with close contact to the local Logistics Management and IT

Super-User

Used to work fluently with the current MS Office Professional package,

knowledge of MS Project preferred
