Financials
? In conjunction with National account manager, deliver the sell in targets.
Relationship Management & Business Planning
? Together with National account manager, maintain ongoing business relations with TRU buyers, marketing, inventory control department and finance.
? Implement key account plan and promotion plans for TRU
? Work in conjunction with Marketing/Trade marketing on brand develop plan.
? Maximize sales opportunities through observation, analysis and trial
Category Management
? Work with marketing team to make TRU category business plan and promotion/catalogue.
? Timely category business review and analyse with buyers.
? Provide suggest order to category buyer according to TRU POS data
? Sell and list in new products according to TRU shopper analyse.
? Ensure category balance inventory.
岗位要求:
Professional Know-how
? University or Diploma graduate in relevant discipline
? Minimum 3 years in Consumer/Retail Sales and/or Key Account Management
? Multi-sku/ multi brand sales experience in local market
Work Effectiveness & Adaptability:
? Proactive in different situations, keep taking actions to make things better
? Flexible in handling change and comfortable working independently
? Good communicator (written and verbal) including active listening ability
? Results oriented, promise made, promise deliver
? Priority first
? Excellent verbal and written English; and preferably Chinese or any local language/dialect
? PC literate with good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Business Understanding:
? Passion in learning to shopper behaviour and consumer needs, curiosity in always finding new way to gain market share.
Customer/ Consumer Focus :
? Develops effective business relationships and manages difficult people effectively to seize opportunities
? Ability to use influencing and negotiating skills to achieve results (both internally and externally)
