职位描述：
本职位为法可赛客户质量工程师，驻南京上汽集团工作，工作内容包括：
1. Send daily/weekly report to plant people according to defined format/content including daily issue handling,sorting, rework,production line follow up, and visit customer etc.. 按照要求格式内容发送日报，周报（包括日常问题处理，挑选，返工，随线，走访等事宜)
2. Feed back problem by using defined content in daily report including quality, delivery, label, package, shortage, wrong shipment, mixture etc..) 按照日报中“不良件清单”规定内容反馈问题（质量，交付 ，标签，包装，短装，错装等）
3. Onsite fast response to fulfill customer requirement (refer to customer feedback--verbally, written) 现场快速响应满足客户需求（以是否收到客户口头，书面投诉为依据）
4. Familiar with Ficosa product function and production/assembly process and can explain to customer if necessary 对Ficosa的产品功能及生产组装过程了解，并能在客户需要时跟客户解释
5. Familiar with the logistic flow and assembly process abour Ficosa product in customer side and pass information (pictures, description, videos,..) to help problem analysis and responsibility definition. 对Ficosa产品在客户端的物流/组装过程了解并传递至厂内（照片，描述，视频等），有助于问题分析及责任判定
6. Smoothly communication with plant quality engineer and follow the indication from plant accordingly. (Assessed by plant quality engineer and escalate to superior if any argument) 与厂内质量工程师沟通顺畅，并能很好执行工厂内发出的指示（以质量工程师意见评估为依据，发生争议则至上一级协调）
7. Mail and express deliver NG sample\exchange product and other sample should ensure to avoid the product from being damaged. The package should be clearly categorized and easy for identifying. 邮寄，快递及运输不良样品、换货产品及其他样件等要确保样品被安全保护不被损坏，且易识别，分类清楚不混乱
8. Can't over use social intercourse cost. For any used one should be reported and attached with detail (name list, gift, cash ticket, meal etc..)不超规定使用交际费用，对已使用的交际费清楚上报交际明细（名单，礼品，购物券，餐饮等）
9. Living necessary cost (water, electric power, gas, accommodation, traffic…) comply local standard cost. 生活必需费用（水电煤，住宿，交通等）符合居住地正常标准
10. Dressing and etiquette stand for Ficosa company image so that over exposure and strange dressing are forbidden. Words and deeds should be polite and im-coltish. Be neither humble nor pushy during talking with customer.着装礼仪代表Ficosa公司形象，穿着不可过于暴露及奇装异服，言行举止有礼貌，不轻佻，与客户交谈不卑不亢
11. Comply with customer plant and office discipline and rules and regulations to supplier (refer to customer feedback) 遵守客户工厂，办公楼关于供应商管理的纪律和规章制度 （参考客户反馈）
