Qualification:
Above 5 years’ experience in process establish (especially for crimping, molding and soldering process) Verification/Validation.
Experience in connector and cable assembly is preferred
Ability to communicate and interact verbally and written with other related field project team members; QE, DE, ME and Vendors.
Fluent in written and oral English.
Patient and circumspective Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills with a commitment to quality performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, database management
Responsibility:
Manufacturing Process Development and Improvement
Act as owner of new product pilot run. Develop new technical innovation and improve cable assembly manufacturing process to improve quality level and efficiency in order to effectively support production and new business development.
New Product Development Support
Participate in Technical Review as manufacturing engineering leader, drive team to delivery required technical information to costing team. In charge of make engineering sample according to project schedule. lead new process introduction in order to effectively support production and new business development, Prepare and submit ME deliverables at corresponding stage gate."
Technical Support
Provide technical support to tooling/fixture design, and involve the key process tooling/fixture improvement in order to effectively support production and new business development.
Process Documentation Management
Review and approve SOP (Standard Operation Process) documents in order to effectively support production and new business development.
New Tooling Equipment Application Management
Test and approve new tooling equipment application in order to effectively support production and new business development.
