JOB DESCRIPTION:工作描述:
1. Warehouse management 仓库管理
1.1 Track semi-finished goods and finished goods stock movements on a daily basis with other related departments
每天和其它部门一起跟踪半成品和成品库存变化
1.2 Make physical inventory every quarter/year to check if the stocks are correct.
每季度/年盘点仓库, 以检查库存数据是否正确
1.3 Track raw material/packaging material stock movements on a weekly basis
每周跟踪原材料/包装材料库存变化
1.4 Assist to quality department for raw material/packaging material goods receiving.
协助质量部门进行原材料/包装材料的收货验收工作
1.5 Prepare shipment physically based on CS’s instruction, and system processing
根据CS的需求备货，并进行系统操作。
1.6 Track ghost reel twice a week
每周检查两次虚拟库存

2. Logistics assistance 物流协助
2.1 Prepare labels for cartons according to Customer’s request and check with warehouse operator
根据客户要求准备纸箱标签并与仓库操作工确认。
2.2 Prepare express bill for domestic samples according to CS’s instruction and track the status
根据客服指示准备国内样品的快递单,并跟进。

3. Arrange and manage warehouse worker team. Check and approve leave applications. Evaluate workers performance on a monthly and yearly basis.
安排仓库员工的工作，管理人员团队。审批员工的请假申请。每月及每年对员工的表现进行评估。

4. Other tasks assigned by superior
上级指定的其它工作。

JOB REQUIREMENTS任职要求:

1. More than 2 years of experience in Foreign Invested company.
2年以上外企工作经验。

2. Ability to work effectively and independently
能有效独立地完成工作。

3. Good PC skills, basic in verbal and written English
具有良好的计算机技能及基础英语能力。

4. Hardworking, Team player, sense of responsibility, and attention to details.
工作努力, 团队合作者, 责任感, 注意细节。

5. College degree or above with Logistics Major is a prefer.
物流及相关专业大专及以上学历优先。

6. Forklift driving license is needed.
