岗位职责：
1、负责测试团队的技术规划、创新和应用，提高整体测试技术水平；
2、负责测试项目工作的全局安排，并解决测试工作中出现的问题，保证测试工作的顺利开展；
3、监控分析达成本部门质量目标的达成、提升本部门工作效率；
4、评估测试方案、测试策略和相关测试报告；
5、培养指导软件测试工程师，并组织相关培训工作，保证测试团队能力的持续提高；
6、上级交办的其他事宜。

任职要求：
1、大学本科或以上学历，计算机相关专业；
2、至少3年以上软件测试经验，具备测试团队管理经验者优先；
3、熟悉软件测试相关理论和技术熟悉软件测试流程，熟悉测试标准、标准作业规范的编写，能进行测试过程中问题的分析，熟悉软件测试用例编写；
4、熟练使用主流bug管理工具，熟悉性能测试工具；
5、认可企业核心价值观。
