a. Be familiar with medicine production process, provide technical support to production pro-cess to resolve technical issue.

b. Work out , review and check for production and technics process related documents, like the BPR, SOP, Process regulation、validation protocol documents to ensure the feasibility.
编写、审核技术性文件,如BPR、SOP、工艺规程、验证方案等,确保其可执行.
c. Provide subordinates instruction & training about equipment operation and drug related regu-lations to ensure the subordinates master all knowledge & technics related to production pro-cess. 定期对部门员工进行设备操作和药品相关专业和法规方面的知识培训,确保员工能撑握主要的药学和生产技术方面的知识.
d. Assist to advance the IQP program.
协助本部门IQP项目的推进.
e. Manage the materials for production and packaging;
对生产、包装物料进行领、退、复核等管理.
f. Be familiar with operating the SAP, understand how to create MOM, how to input working hours, how to create reservation, how to issue the goods and receive the goods, how to close the IO. NO.
熟悉本部门SAP系统,并会操作BOM创建、工时录入、物料预留、物料发货、收货、订单号的关闭
g. Data statistics for every batch, like inputting the working hours, inputting the output, inputting the yield.
每批产品生产完毕后对其进行数据统计,如工时表录入、产量录入、收率录入.
