Responsibilities

？ Implement Key reporting requirements as well as local business administration and Legal reporting in china standards.

？ Standard Finance process and Related operation controlling process standardized
？
？ Ensures proper and harmonized accounting treatment in all company entities
？
？ Develops, implements and maintains financial procedures and policies ,and guidance relating to process and tools.
？
？ Support all company entities in implementing the company Board decisions
？
？ Facilities the budget and MTP preparation for all company entities.
？
？ Monitor Budget compliance in all company entities.
